Refund policy

Try it free for seven days

Eligible new members can try VignetteLens free for seven days when they complete Stripe checkout. One trial is available per account. A payment method is required. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews at $10 per month, plus applicable taxes, until canceled. Previously used trials do not renew your trial eligibility.

Cancel before your trial ends

To avoid any subscription charge, cancel before the trial end shown in Stripe. Open your account, select Manage / cancel, and complete cancellation in Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end date shown in Stripe. Creating a website account by itself does not start billing.

No refunds after the trial

After the free trial ends, subscription payments are nonrefundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused access, or forgetting to cancel. This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed billing dates.

Billing questions or cancellation trouble

For a duplicate charge, billing error, or trouble using the cancellation portal, contact vignettelens@gmail.com with your account email and the charge date. Do not send full card details. We will investigate billing errors and honor any remedy required by law. A support request alone does not confirm cancellation; check the confirmation and end date in Stripe or obtain confirmation from support.
